GIGABLOC® de Cellumat est développé pour le bâtiment industriel, utilitaire, tertiaire et commercial. Il s'applique comme mur extérieur, mur séparatif ou mur coupe-feu. Le grand module de 120 cm x 60 cm permet tous types de réalisations. Le rendement de pose, à l'aide d'une petite grue de chantier, est de 10 m²/h en moyenne.
